CAMP LEJEUNE CLAIMS

We are handling Camp Lejeune injury compensation claims.  You may have seen the ads on television.  Hire a lawyer who will actually handle your claim and answer your calls throughout your case.

Any person, not just Marine veterans, who lived or worked at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina from 1953 through 1987 may have ingested toxic chemicals from the drinking water.  These chemicals, including various ethylene compounds, vinyl chloride, and benzene, have been linked to an increase in cancers, birth defects, and neurological and autoimmune diseases. By the government’s own estimates, over 9 million service members were potentially exposed to the contaminated water.

Congress recently passed the Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022, allowing service members and their families to assert claims against the government for financial relief. Once the President signs the bill, claimants will have only two years in which to file their claims. Claimants can file even if they have received VA disability benefits.

If you, or your family members, lived in Camp Lejeune and have developed any cancer, including leukemia, female infertility, miscarriages, birth defects, Parkinson’s disease, scleroderma, neurobehavioral effects, renal toxicity, early-onset dementia, or any other chronic health condition, please call us at 740-374-5346.
